I’m always nervous getting my hair cut because of a bad experience of someone basically chopping it all off. Well, Ming did a great job! It’s beautiful and she did exactly what I wanted. She didn’t get pushy about products (I did buy some though!) and was extremely friendly. Also, while I was waiting, she had an elderly women who couldn’t walk well and she took the time to help her out to her car where her family was waiting, to me that shows someone who actually cares about their client. I will definitely go back.

I had the worst hair cut of my life from Sarah at Hair Masters. I asked for a tapered cut above my ears. After the initial cut using clippers she asked if it was short enough and I asked for it to be shorter. Sarah used the clippers again and basically cut large chunks of hair out that did not taper and did not blend in to a smooth shape. I basically have a concave cut on the sides where you can see individual lines that show where she cut the chunks out and she left tufts of hair above my ears. The worst part is I gave her a 15% tip. I do not see how she could pass her test and get licensed to cut anyones hair. I will need to grow my hair out so that my regular stylist can give me a presentable haircut.

Sharron did a great job with my hair and cut she made it go with my style and took the time to get as much of my hair light she’s very friendly and patient , love her attitude , will for sure be going here to her only , amazing job love it! Next session I have with her will be giving her an extra tip for sure

Went in for a perm. Even had a picture I was looking for. I am not happy with the out come at all. She used the large rods and I really wish she had used smaller ones. Now my hair looks like it was braided and I had taken the braids out. Not happy– just very disappointed. No curl what so ever.

Ming was amazing with my son! He has a mohawk and has had it butchered by salons before (we usually go to a barber). She did a perfect job! Definitely will be going back, for 3 out of 4 of us and specifically asking for Ming.

Called and made an appt for a cut and color as soon as they opened and told the receptionist that I had really long hair and haven’t cut it in a few years and also wanted to donate about 12 inches. When asking about length of time for my sitter arrangements, She prompted me that it might be a 3 hour appt because of the length of my hair. I made the appt for 1pm and was punctual on arrival and saw that the salon was very busy. I waited for 20 minutes before someone could start my hair. Upon sitting on the chair I felt uncomfortable by the glares and gazes in my direction. I know my hair wasn’t a pretty sight, but that’s why I was here..to get my hair done? Seemed like a lot of the business was regulars that they saw often..I felt like an outsider..kinda like I was being judged on my appearance, which didn’t help my anxiety. I kept to very little conversation due to my uncomfortableness. Needless to say..I didn’t leave until almost 6pm and was not super thrilled. Saw her 5pm appt come and get his hair cut while I was sitting in a dryer. Definitely felt pushed to the side. Might consider coming Back regularly if I experienced a better service. Wanted to tip the hairdresser $50 for working on my hair for 6 hours but after she upsold me the shampoo and conditioner and other hair oil..and I really didn’t have a super experience..I decided to pay with a card so I didn’t seem obnoxious paying with big bills and not tipping more than $5..I almost feel like I could have gone to a super cuts and gotten the same experience. Really bummed that this isn’t gonna be the regular salon that I come to from now on.

The Korean hair stylists here are rude and self righteous. Made claims that I booked and no showed before telling me to come back later. When asked about the schedule they replied that they didn’t know what was going on because they forgot to write the details in.
