I just moved to the area and needed to find/establish a salon. For location convenience, I called this Hair Masters and was pleased that Sarah answered and told me she has over 20 yrs of experience, particularly with blonde highlights. I went in the next day and learned the employees were thrilled with brand new owners who they described as engaged and passionate, and who took ownership of this salon this week. With my hair being so long and fine, Sarah was ultra-conservative and wanted to use a slow processor, which meant taking 2-3 times longer to process (much worth the hair-health!). After the processing was complete, Sarah became like a chemist with the toner and conditioners to make sure I had NO yellow tones and that all was even. I LOVE the result! The process, plus blow-dry and a few curls/styling, took over 3 hours, and the results are amazing! I highly recommend Sarah and other staff at this salon. There was a steady flow of regular and walk-in customers while I was there. The salon is meticulously clean and modern. This is a hidden (and affordable) gem in our community that I recommend trying!

I go here once per month for retouch of roots and trim. The last person I had tried took about 4 hours (not even kidding…my parking had expired) and my roots were still yellow. I lucked out when I tried this place and got Erica. She does a much better job of anyone I have used locally for years, and in a much shorter time. My hair is never fried, like I have experienced in the past, as well. I am always happy with my trim, which a lot of hairdressers do not seem comfortable doing shorter cuts, but Erica does a great job. Even my (retired) hairdresser mom compliments my hair! She is the toughest critic!

Karla has been my hairstylist for several years. She knows how to work with my heavy, wavy hair. While I tend to get a layered bob of some sort, I trust her experience and knowledge when I’m ready to try something new and different. As a busy grad school student, I usually schedule my cuts during vacation breaks from school going several months between cuts. No worries here! Karla’s cuts grow out evenly and beautifully!
