Positive: ValueI came here a 2nd time to see the same stylist that did my hair 1.5 years ago, and she – Deavan, did a phenomenal job! First time, I got an all over color and it looked great and lasted a long time. This time I asked for a dark brown to blonde ombre balayage and i ended up not liking how it looked and she kindly offered a redo at no charge! Listen, she is thorough, very kind, friendly and upbeat, and she will make sure you leave happy with your hair. She used two full shifts of hers to make sure we got my hair right. I recommend making appointments over the phone. I came here a 2nd time to see the same stylist that did my hair 1.5 years ago, and she – Deavan, did a phenomenal job! First time, I got an all over color and it looked great and lasted a long time. Critical: ProfessionalismThe good ones don’t stay long. I’ll miss Sean. Professional work ethic and probably too talented for this establishment anyway. I was disappointed the two lady’s sitting alone in an empty salon didn’t bother to try to accommodate an appointment after I asked for the two stylist I was familiar with instead telling me nope and telling me where they moved! That was none of my business and they asked me “well what do you want done”? After I told told them one replied “we don’t have time for that.” They could have got out of their chair and gone to their computer and recommend a stylist ? Make a sale? I was disappointed the two lady’s sitting alone in an empty salon didn’t bother to try to accommodate an appointment after I asked for the two stylist I was familiar with instead telling me nope and telling me where they moved!
