Came in for my appointment yesterday gave them my name and waited for about 15 min. Lady had me get in the chair before she realized I was the wrong person and my appointment had been cancelled. I never got a call, checked in and waited. Place has really gone down hill over the past few years. Used to be an alright place for a haircut.

My mother made an appointment for last month on a Sunday. When she arrived at the salon, the doors were closed and locked. No call about the cancellation, no sign on the door explaining the situation, nothing. It was the day before she went to Vegas so sadly she had no time to get another appointment somewhere else, and it was extremely disappointing to have her be insecure about her hair the whole trip. After Anna left, there’s absolutely no reason to come back here anymore. I’ll be waiting for them to close permanently with how awful the service has been recently.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time customer, trying to get a haircut for my son. Google advertising says they close at 7pm. The door sign says closing at 6pm. It was 5:20pm, my son opened the door and it was already locked. A lady was sitting right at the desk and shook her head no closed. I have been getting my hair cut here for about 3 years and it has been great! The change in business hours is not great though. Most of my haircuts have been on Sundays or Mondays, and know they are closed on those two days, and good luck getting an appt on Saturday. So, know it’s either take time off work or find another buianess. Hairstyling

While I obviously can’t say every stylist here is bad, there are some that shouldn’t be cutting hair. I would highly recommend against just going in and seeing who you end up with. Get a referral from someone else and be sure of their work. I went the route of a walk in and gave the typical details to my haircut, which includes a “hard part”. This resulted in my scalp being cut from the front of my head to the back due to the stylist pressing way too hard with the clippers. So I now had a scab the length of my head that would get caught in my brush whenever combing my hair. Probably worst haircut experience of my entire life

I absolutely love Gary! He puts 110% into making me feel gorgeous and I need that. This man works hard and has always taken the time to give me a great haircut, even when I am pretty sure it meant skipping his lunch last time.
