The Stylists here are great! Got a long bang cut by Lynn. She is good at her craft. Love them, she was super mindful of not going to short or pulling to much hair into the bang. Thanks Lynn! Dawn the master stylist, she is awesome, great customer service, kind. The place is clean, good atmosphere.

Dawn did my hair. She is amazing. I always think chain salons are low end. Don’t judge it. I was greeted when I came in, shampoo was great cuz well who doesn’t love a good scalp massage, cut was what I asked for and not too much taken off.After 20 years in the industry, go see Dawn. I have been going to the highway 9 Hair masters for a few years now and they always get my hair done perfectly. The master stylist Dawn is so talented and cares for her customers. She is able to bleach and tone my hair to a stunning silver blond color perfectly, where as others have not succeeded. This hair masters gets 10 stars.

I came here looking for a simple fade and an inch off the top. My cosmetologist was Lynn. When I asked for a zero on the side she refused by putting on a guard for a number 1. She stepped in the one and then used scissors to try and blend in higher, which was neither efficient or successful. After she was done I asked her to make it tighter and she replied that she wasn’t done with the top. After taking some off the top, she went back to the sides with her scissors. At this point I was done. I payed and left. My girlfriend at home told me the fade was uneven and there was a step all the way around. She just ended up trimming it all off down to a 3 on top and blending in the sides. I’m never going back here again. How can one who does this everyday be so negligent and complacent?

I went in a bit reluctant because I was getting my hair dyed for the first time, Lydia was wonderful. Very nice and i have a reletively new industrial piercing that i told her about and she was extremely cautious because she didnt want to hurt me. Color turned out beautiful and she cut my bangs to perfection.

I wish I could add a picture. My husband went in about an hour ago. Showed the only gal working a photo of what he wanted. Long on top, curly, closer on the sides. Super easy. She said, “Great, you already have the lovely curls.” Then she proceeded to cut them all off. He pretty much has a buzz cut, no curls on top. And this was in preparations for family photos. How can a hairdresser look at a photo- and then do nothing like it?!? I’m so angry. I will be going in tomorrow to see if there is a manager in the store, and show her what the employee on staff did.

I paid $150 to have my long blonde hair ruined. I came in with all blonde hair besides my roots. The previous appointment when I had a haircut it was suggested to add some color when I came back for my foils. I came in a few days ago to get a full foil to help with my roots showing. I showed a picture of a girl with some dark blonde lowlights and said I didn’t want it to dark though. I now have black hair where the dark blonde color was supposed to be. I came back in the next day almost crying asking for it to be fixed. My dark pieces are to dark to lighten or fix because they will turn red. I did a better job on my own hair during the stay at home order. I’m incredibly sad and in no way ever asked for my very blonde hair to be foiled black.
