Only to call them when I’m almost there, and I’m running 2 minutes late due to construction. They spent only five minutes cutting my daughter’s hair without shampooing but charged me full-price for a “cut and shampoo” anyway. When I complained, her response was that my daughter did not mention that she wanted a shampoo. It is not good business to charge for a service you didn’t provide. Her only solution was to shampoo it after the fact, no discount was offered.

Super dissapointed and upset went to get a haircut the other day finally had my hair even out perfect for a haircut of style so i wanted some layers in it and wa trying to grow my hair out slowly. Called and asked to be put with someone who i can trust with my hair so the manager was scheduled with me. She curled it at the end of the haircut and it looked cute. Today i took a shower and straighted it and its soooooo uneven and choppy and no properly cut im very very upset and will not come back to get it cut here ever again :(( now i have to go get it fixed and cut alot of length just to make it decent.
