I used the online reservation system in Jan 2022 without issue. Tried to do a walk-in today (Sept 2022) and was the two gals working let me know that the wait would be about an hour and a half. I decided to not wait. I went online to make a future booking and it appeared many times were available, including immediately. I asked for clarity and was informed by Lena to not use the online booking system as it was never accurate. And only to call for an appointment since the system will double book them etc. Wish that was more clear on the web page.

Mariko was awesome, so patient with me, and my long hair! I am 47-1/2 yrs old and a heavy set woman. I kept my hair long because I do not know what kind of short style hair would look good for me, I wear a cap everyday for work, and I went into the appointment ignorant. She asked me questions that I had no idea how to answer because all I knew was. I needed a cut/trim and perm everything because I am balding which is normal in my family of women except my hair is straight. Not wavy or curly like the other women in my family. So one can see the thinning(bald)parts in my hair. It took her 4 hours to do my hair with the cutting, shampooing, and perming part. I am so happy and grateful to this company for hiring such a soft, gentle, caring, and professional woman. She even advised me the products to buy from your store, what kind of chemicals NOT to use as far as dying my hair goes, how to take care of my course hair, and scalp moving forward. Thank you Hairmasters and Mariko!!

Had a wonderful experience here on Wednesday with a hair trimmer. After waiting over 45 minutes at a nearby barber shop to only be skipped by their employees for for two walk-ins I left. I had been here before so I decided to come back. I was greeted by a pleasant woman that gave me a supreme trim and even better conversation about high and tight cuts with her husband. The woman was hilarious! Great trim, great atmosphere. And only 20 bucks Deal!!!!

This place is great. I was very happy with my results. Went from dark brown hair dyed a redish color to silver. The process was long, but definitely worth it. I finally found a place where I like how they did my hair and the prices are reasonable. It was less than $200 with tip and me buying a shampoo there.
