Charlie cuts a fantastic very short pixie. She really listens. If it isn’t short enough or shape or something is not quite right, she will spend as much time as it takes to make it great, or I can come back another day if I decide it needs to go shorter. Charlie is friendly and warm. I won’t see anyone else!

i had an appointment with Chi yesterday they set it for 11 am told me his schedule was wide open. i drove 35 minutes to get to my appointment. when i arrived the lady then told me the Chi doesn’t come in until 1 pm… and then she told me he REFUSED to take me by appointment that he will only do walk in because A LONG time ago i missed an appointment bc my child was sick. i told her it would have been nice of someone called me to tell me this instead of making me drive all the way out there and told her they lost me and my 6 kids as clients and she responded “ok” completely unprofessional and rude i will never go back there and i have been going there for 15 years…. i guess “oh well”

I made a 6 pm appt, drove half an hour there, arrived 5 minutes early, checked in with the gentleman working that I had an appointment with Susanna. I waited until 6:25, told her I was leaving and she said that she was almost finished with her client that she was shampooing. That would have been another 10 minutes of waiting. Braids

I went there to refresh my color and was so upset when I got done. Not only was my color the wrong color, Shelly was really rude when I took a picture (or the floor) to show a friend that I still there. “Can you put your camera away???” She told me I could back tomorrow to fix it, but I had plans and also didnt want to come and have my hair messed up again. So I went to Sallys and fixed it myself at home. I wont be back to this salon
