After the cut before paying I noticed a few strands got missed so I just asked him to cut them he then told me i was just bringing my hair forward but they were about 6 inches longer than the rest so I just asked to cut them and instead he ripped one out and said he got it. Horrible, had to go home and finish the haircut myself when finding another chunk missed in the front. Definitely won’t be going back.

I only come here because my stylist works here for several years. But some of the current staff doesn’t know what they are doing, some doesn’t even understand English and they answer the phone and you barely can understand what she is telling you. And they will screw up your appointment badly, leaving you in a position that you are hunting for a open spot because you really need to have your hair done. So if you are making an appointment it is a 50 50 chance that you get a competent employee on the phone.
