The worst haircut of all time. Curly haired women cut my hair and it looks like my 2 year old cut my hair as I was sleeping. It’s actually unbelievable that this could even happen. I think I sat in the chair for less than 5 minutes and she said she was fine. Looks like she had never held clippers before. Shaved the side of my hair off, it looks completely uneven and then tells me she need to go to hack and the box and eat. This place is horrific. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve had multiple good experiences with this place but when I went there recently, a rude worker informed me and my mom that our appointment conflicted with another one even though we scheduled online. He told us that the online booking doesn’t always sync and so we drove all the way out here for nothing. ☹️

Melted my hair and then refused to give my money back and then offered a redo and refused to honor their word of a redo when it finally grew back not professional at all in any way shape or form if they was real professional they would have told me no to begin with because my color was bleached blonde and it would fried my hair but no she proceeded to try and perm any way instead of warning me of what would happen i would have been fine if they was upfront and truthful about it.
