Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy son went into this salon and asked for a trim, less then an inch was taken off. He has long straight hair, no layers nothing. Took 5 minutes or less. They charged him $25. He said he asked repeatedly how much before he sat down, with no response. He was charged $25 for a DRY HAIRCUT!! I was shocked when he came home and it looked exactly the same, not even an inch taken off!!He wasn’t assertive and did pay without standing up for himself, but they took advantage of him. Their only excuse was that it is how much a haircut is and that is the corporate rules. How about being honest and respectful enough and mature enough to tell someone up front that even just doing that would cost him $25 for a DRY HAIRCUT on top of it all! Part of that $25 is a wash and condition! This is taking advantage of people. Their employees are young and immature and don’t know how to deal with clients. Shame on the corporate for charging so much and for not training their employees well enough. Go somewhere else, even if it’s convenient since you are already shopping in Fred Meyer. My son went into this salon and asked for a trim, less then an inch was taken off. He has long straight hair, no layers nothing. Took 5 minutes or less. They charged him $25. He said he asked repeatedly how much before he sat down, with no response. He was charged $25 for a DRY HAIRCUT!! I was shocked when he came home and it looked exactly the same, not even an inch taken off!!

The lady charged me for a shampoo and didn’t give me one. when I asked why she charged me for it, she said that’s just how it shows up on the screen. She smelled of alcohol. it was 10am. I will never go back to this place and I recommend buying your own clippers and shaving your head instead of coming here. $25 dollars for a 7 minute hair cut. Crazy.
