This place (and I wish I could remember her name) but they took really good care of my grandma. I made an appointment here with the intentions of letting them know of her passing. And they all knew who she was. And was grateful and sad about the news. But I’ve never had a problem here. They are always nice.

Made an appointment to get my haircut and colored today and specifically told the lady I wanted my hair colored she said OK and made an appointment for me at 3 o’clock. When I got there the lady doing my hair told me she didn’t have time to do a color. I asked why didn’t the lady tell me when I made the appointment I could have made an appointment somewhere else. The lady said I don’t know I’m sorry I can only do a cut. This is ridiculous considering I could’ve made an appointment somewhere else and I would’ve got the services that I wanted.

Very unprofession. I made an appointment online and they changed my appt without notice and to a different hairdresser. Needless to say she did a horrible job with my son’s hair. It was not well blended and the sideburns were uneven. Will NOT be going back.

I don’t usually go to places like these. I like the neighborhood barbers myself but the barber changed his hours of work no longer works weekends. The place is well stocked with ceiling to floor products. Staff was ok friendly. The stylist just asked enough questions to get the job done.

Gabby is the hands down best! Ever since I have had her cut my hair I don’t have to worry about getting way more than I asked for cut off and she always does amazing. My hair always looks so fresh and perfectly after. I’m never going to anyone else ever again. Gabby needs a raise!!! You can not buy skills like hers.

Came in today to get a haircut at 10:40am. Only one person working and she had an appointment at 11am. She wanted me to wait 20 minutes for the appointment to come in and then wait til that person was done before I could get my haircut. She did say I’m sorry but interesting that they couldn’t get a mens haircut done in 15 minutes which is the average for most guys, and finish clsoe enough time for her next appointment. I was the only person there. I live next door but won’t be trying this place out again.
