Made an appointment online. Upon arrival, they told me they couldn’t cut my hair. So how it was my fault that I made an appt on their online portal. These ladies are rude as well. Do not waste your time going. Looking at other reviews, I’m not the only person that has had the same issue.

They offer online appointments, but when you get there they say that you needed to call for an appointment. I saw the appointment on their computer screen, but they have to do it by phone and write it in their book.. What a waste of time!

We had an online appointment. I picked up my elderly client who hates going out just to go to this appointment. We get there and they say they can’t honor our appointment and that the system online is messed up. So wrong for those elderly or people who are busy and trying to get a hair cut.

My boyfriend went in to get his hair trimmed, we asked for two layers thinking it was what we wanted but when we got home and saw it that it wasn’t, he was able to go back and she fixed him up. Not the greatest cut but then again he’s a guy with long hair, wasn’t going to be fancy anyways. I would try them out again. Friendly customer service
