Chan did root color and highlights. I specifically said I did not want an overall blonde look . Of course, I got a very blonde overall look. Called to have a correction. Had Amanda, the manager do the correction. Big mistake. She took out almost all of the blonde highlights .I paid $148.00 for the worst result.Will never return

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for a balayage and my hair was healthy when I walked in for my appointment. I asked the hair dresser if she was able to do balayage and showed her a picture. She replied, “yes, no problem.” She used foils and at the end of my appointment, she mentioned that she had to wash the first toner out because it had a bad smell to it and decided to use a different one. I didn’t think much of it and she blow dried my hair just a little. I didn’t realize the extent of damage done to my hair until I got home and was able to see it in regular lighting. Not only was my hair damaged, there was a LOT of breakage and the highlights were about 4 different colors of yellow, white, brass colored and green ends. I contacted customer service through their website about my concerns and the only reply I receivedwas for a 4 dollar coupon off the next visit. It’s been a week and have yet to hear from them even after I reached out twice. I’m extremely devestated. ALWAYS ask for photos of a hair dresser’s work. Critical: QualityMy hair is naturally super curly, and I told the stylist that I straighten it occasionally. I got my hair cut 2 days ago and it looked great while it was curly, I decided to style it today…and these are the results. I am completely livid. Out of respect for the hair stylist I will not say who it was – because she is really sweet and nice. When I tell you she cut my hair in less than 5 minutes – I am not exaggerating. This is just unacceptable. It looks like I got my hair caught in a blender. I got my hair cut 2 days ago and it looked great while it was curly, I decided to style it today…and these are the results. I am completely livid. I used once and they did a fair job. They are conveniently located and wanted to get established. Made another appointment on line, went and the salon was closed. Made another appointment a few days later only to arrive and be told that the online appointments do not coincide with the appointment book. She showed me while I was there that 3 people online had the same time booked. I made another morning appointment that she wrote down in her book. I received a call an hour before the appointment they needed to move it to the afternoon. No way. I tried to be a customer.

Amanda is amazing! She saved my damaged pandemic hair. I haven’t had a haircut in over a year and a half because the pandemic kept me busy at my job and I had my hair balled up in a bun and forgot about it.
