Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy girlfriend came in on 11/20 with an appointment booked online, and Tonya who was the only one there said that she wasn’t in the system and the comfiramtion email was not a comfirmation. My girlfriend had tried booking twice last week, and both were cancelled. Tonya did finally decide to take my girlfriend but had a poor attitude about it, and she was working on another customer at the time. Tonya spent about 8 minutes on the cut before leaving to assist the other client for about 10 minutes. When Tonya came back she took about another 8 minutes to finish the layers before finishing up. During the layering portion my girlfriend tried to tell Tonya that she parts her hair off to the side Tonya said “I have to do it down the middle,” which has now caused her hair to be extremely uneven. This will require going somewhere else to spend more money to get it fixed. All in all Tonya only spent about 15 minutes on her hair when it normally takes close to 45 minutes to do a cut and all the layers correctly. While cutting her hair Tonya out right said twice, “you have ruined your hair with split ends.” At the end she was charged for a shampooing, which is in the cost of the hair cut, but she was never told that it was inclued. All that was asked by Tonya was, “do you want a wash?”, and all my girlfriend asked “is it extra?” The question was never answered and she just started the cut without the wash. We would like a refund for the haircut, so we can take her somewhere else to get the layers fixed. I told her my hair goal and she gave me exactly that! From the time i walked in she was friendly and very professional. I trusted her so much that once I finished my hair she washed, detangled, and braided my sons hair. When I first reached out to inquire on how to make an appointment the first person who answered the phone hung up on me however when I called back Geneva answered the phone and was able to assist me promptly…Let me start off by saying Geneva did an amazing job. I told her my hair goal and she gave me exactly that! From the time i walked in she was friendly and very professional. I trusted her so much that once I finished my hair she washed, detangled, and braided my sons hair. Geneva will be the only stylist for me here on out.
