I debated on if I should post a review or not but I was already cautious about getting my haircut at a salon because of a previous experience at a different salon. But I decided to go and I got my haircut well my first time was great I loved my cut, but I went back again and I did not like it at all. It was not the style of cut because honestly I can handle that because I’m the one who decided on the style. But my hair was completely uneven and that I’m not happy about. I get not having a good day at work… I just wish it wasn’t the day I got my hair cut. So I’m disappointed in my hair it’s been a couple months since it was cut so it’s grown out some I just can’t get it cut again right now because it will be too short! Sorry for the long review but it’s nice to finally get it off my chest! Hope this helps someone!

I have been going here for years. I have had great experiences and some not so great. I went this past Sunday. I wanted a mid length cut with layers. I was the only customer. The Manager cut my hair and she has done great in the past. But this time she was either very distracted or tired. My length is not even- one side is very noticeably shorter. My layers look so choppy and on the side that is shorter the layers are shorter. Which she did focus on that one side the whole time. She was very nice and we talked but goodness I am very disappointed. Also she tried to curl it up with a diffuser. My hair was wet when I left I went home and dried and styled it. I kind of want to cry bc it doesn’t look that great. You get a haircut to help with your confidence and it has made it worse.

I went in to see Cheryl (master stylist) & she cut it exactly like I wanted,did exactly as I asked,I am so thrilled! Finally I found a stylist!

My hairdresser was about 25 minutes late which was annoying, but I was greeted by a dog and got to play with her while I waited. I am in love with my hair cut, and the salon. I was served a tasty white wine and my hair is now beautiful. Thanks HairMasters!

Very poor service on 1/25/18 at 6:25 pm very rude told me they did not have time to cut my hair said it would be tomorrow they had a lady in a chair and 2 workers very lazy people here this is not the first time this has happened but I try to come because it’s close to my house. I suggest going to super cuts over on e main St very polite and they not in a hurry to get you out I would have gave a 0 start but not a option for it.

I went to get just an overall brown , nothing special . I asked for a trim to get my dead ends and bangs . My bangs turned out great , however the rest of my hair was horrible . The top of my head was so light brown it was almost an orange color and the rest was dark brown . I have asked for a refund multiple times and I was refused . Why would I go back to the same place that messed it up ? I said I’d pay for the cut and shampoo I just want money back for color and I was refused . Horrible customer service.
