So I booked a 2:30 appointment with her, and I arrived at 2:15 she states you have to text her to let her know your there. I did that. At 2:55 pm she text me as if she didn’t know my style or who I was. She had other clients still in the chair . So I asked do I need to reschedule she said you may have to… after I’ve waited 40 minutes. Customer service goes a long way! Communicate with clients to let them know your running behind schedule ! Stop double booking clients !…..I’ll also add text message feed to show I wasn’t rude! The owner is rude for having me sit 40 minutes knowing she will not be available at her appointment time !
