The stylist that I had did not want to cut my hair as short as I wanted it. She ignored or didnt understand some of the directions that I gave her that I wanted but she just cut it the way she wanted. Then had the guts to charge 45.00. She knocked 5.00 off but still. I wasn’t satisfied at all. Won’t go back again. Too expensive.

I’m glad other people had positive experiences at Hairlines; I did not. I feel like my “junior stylist” didn’t listen to me. I wanted a totally new look with bangs. I brought in pictures. I explained that I wanted a youngish looking style. When she asked me what length I wanted my bangs, I held my finger to where I wanted them to be. I basically left with nothing I wanted except shorter hair. Between the cut and the color, I look easily ten years older than I looked when I walked in; someone actually said to me I have more of a mom look, now. I DIDN’T WANT A ‘MOM’ LOOK! My bangs are ridiculously long; I said no longer than my eyebrows, but they’re down around my nose. I would not go back. I’m so disappointed, and I just want to cry.

I’ve gotten my haircut at this place for over 20 years. Im always satisfied. Always schedule an appointment here, because they always have every hour filled. Appointments are on time 95% of the time, and if it’s not on the dot it’s usually just an extra 5 minutes over.
