This place is a joke. Not only is she rude and hateful, but she did a terrible job on my hair. My highlights had INCHES of roots showing and she tried to claim that thats as close as the foil would go. Instead of fixing it, she got belligerent with me. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for over 20 yrs, this is the WORST my hair has ever been messed up. I should’ve known better when I saw how filthy the shop was!

I have lived in Gloucester for three years and tried most of the salons. No matter what type of cut I asked for, the stylists do what they want. I love my hair short and could not get it cut the way I wanted it! I now have the perfect cut, from a lady who listened, then did what I asked. I have had so many compliments on my hair cut (she did highlights too and again did a beautiful job) Thanks to Jana Kay’s, I no longer dread getting a haircut!
