It was a Friday around 5:50 I had been trying all week to get my grandson in for a hair cut. Due to my work schedule everyone was closing. So I called Heritage and asked if they would have time to do a quick Lil boys cut. The lady said yes, so I rushed to get there and a sweet lady name Jen took care of my grandson. She was so patient with him and interacted with him. Made him & I feel comfortable. Once she finished I asked if she had time for 2 more bangs cut. She immediately said yes! I was so grateful she didn’t rush and took her time to even braid my grand daughter hair the way it was prior to the cut.
