I had an appointment with Bri at 12 noon today. I was kept under the dryer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. My appointment was supposed to be for 2 hours. Why is it ever necessary for a person to be under the dryer for so very long. I am disappointed with the lack of care, my time and consideration. Needless to say I will not be returning to your hair studio. On top of that I’m coming from Northern, Virginia to get my hair done. I am so hot behind this lack of professionalism!

So I’ve been here 3 times now and definitely love the services. There’s a women here for all of you cosmetology needs. All of it is by appointment so there aren’t any wait times which is a huge plus for me because I hate long waits. I geg my hair done by Tierra and her assistant. They are very attentive and aren’t heavy handed in my opinion so the service isn’t a clinching, nor painful experience. Both are great with conversation and move at a pace that keeps the rotation of heads going. Conversation is definitely very good and you’ll talk to not only your stylist but the other women there as well. Its just really smooth and inviting. Today Tierra’s assistant used vinegar to detox my hair because I had just taken out my braid down. I really appreciated that because she actually paid attention to my hair and gave some extra love because it definitely needed it! So THANK YOU! I will definitely be coming back and YES I would recommend to anyone that asks about my hair !

I got styled by Joya, shes phenomenal at coloring and styling. My biggest issue is I was there 7 hours. I saw 4 women shuffled in around me getting their hair done by Joya as well. I’m disabled (but you can’t “see” it), and have huge pain issues and by the time I was done shuffling between chairs, sitting in extremely uncomfortable ones, and waiting IN AGONY because 7 HOURS… I love my hair but the cost was that I completely collapsed from pain once I got home. I had no idea that my appointment would be set up in this way- with me not being started and finished in a stream lined, one on one process once we began. I adore my hair- it’s exactly what I envisioned and I would go back in a heartbeat if I didn’t have to suffer through hours of waiting. If you have the time and $$$ get your hair done by Joya!

I have been going to this salon for a while now, and i love my outcome every time! My stylist Nakita is what has kept me a consistent customer. Since she has been doing my hair it is healthier, longer and has a luster that I’ve never had going to any other salon. Also Nakita is professional, she never jacks up her prices like other stylists are known to do, and she does her best to make you feel comfortable during your experience and satisfied with your service, i definitely recommend this salon to any one who wants to receive amazing service, a comfortable/fun environment , and stylists you can trust.
