The girls are great, but the management of monthly subscriptions are horrible. They charged my card 3 times in one month. Was given a number to call. Called multiple times the guy never answers, I left messages which haven’t been returned. My only option was to cancel my card and have my bank request the funds back

Good atmosphere, and a good deal on haircuts. But more than this, they have integrity. I moved from the area and didn’t cancel my subscription for two months after I was out of the area. I called to cancel it, and they offered me a refund for those months. But my credit card had been compromised in that time, so they couldn’t issue me a refund. I realized 5 months later that I hadn’t been refunded after I moved away, and messaged them on Facebook. The owner called me and graciously offered to send me a check for the 2 months I missed. They could have just kept my money. So seems like they are good people, I would recommend this place.

The stylist who helped us was really great. She was very busy doing haircuts and also booking appts, answering the phone, and helping walkins .. and she did it all with a genuine smile on her face. This person is a total star of an employee and Hairgame is lucky to have her as an employee. Also I just have to say that her hair is beautiful, both times we were in she looked amazing and she reminds me of a pretty blonde mermaid ♀️ She’s a very talented stylist also! Super happy with the cut my son got.
