I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hairfree Solutions! Jamie gave me thorough, detailed information about the process and what I can expect which automatically put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and safe there between Jamie’s welcoming and easy to talk to personality, and the fact that the room itself was calming, with comfort pillows for your legs and head, a screen above you (with a rotation of soothing images, or if you wanted to watch something specific), and mellow music. It felt cozy versus the sometimes cold, medical-like cosmetic places I’ve visited. I would absolutely recommend a visit to anyone dealing with unwanted hair!

I cannot say enough good things about Jamie and the electrolysis services she provides; I really wish I had taken before pictures so you could see the amount of hair I had on my face that is no longer there. When I made an appointment with Jaime back in June 2020 I had the facial hair of a man meaning chin, neck, upper lip and sides of my jaw or for lack of more feminine words a beard and mustache. God, I hate those words… but thanks to Jaime those words are in my past. Be patient, this doesn’t happen overnight; for almost a year I went 3 times a week for an hour and half each time; I am now down to once every two weeks for an hour at a time. Now, when i go its just for a clean up but I know eventually I will have to say goodbye but that is bittersweet as I have really come to enjoy my time with Jaime, she’s an amazing person who only wants to help those of us who are struggling with this affliction. There is no judgement, only the want to help; I would highly recommend Jaime to anyone in need of her services, her office is clean and relaxing and listen to her advice and direction …you too could be hairfree.

I so love this place! I started going a little over 2 years ago and when I did I had a beard better than most men! I was always self conscious and embarrassed. I had never heard of electrolysis before. A friend of mine told me to give it a try so I went in to see Jamie. Jamie was very informative explaining exactly what electrolysis is, how it works, and exactly what would happen during a session. She also explained that the permanent hair removal process would take 18 months or more considering the amount of hair I had but that with each visit I would begin to see less hair. I was very skeptical!!! But, I was also desperate so I decided to give it a try. With visits starting at 3 times a week I went from literally having to shave every day to not shaving at all within just a few visits!!! I was so thrilled!!! As time went on visits dropped down to twice a week then once a week then biweekly and monthly and just as Jamie said in the beginning; within 18 months all the hair was gone!!!! Visits also started out at 1-2 hour sessions dropping to 90 minutes, 45, 30, 15, then 5 minutes!!! Now I stop in only every 3-4 months for a 2-3 minute touch up in case something decides to pop in on me. I went from a non-believer to telling everyone I know about electrolysis. Jamie provides great service, she is always friendly and informative! I recommend Jamie and electrolysis to anyone struggling with unwanted hair growth. You will NOT be disappointed!!!! Carolyn B.
