Cecy did an amazing job. I really loved the way my hair turned out. This was my first time and I have really dark hair. It lighten up amazingly. Prior to this I have not dye my hair over 1-2 years. She is such a sweet lady and really worked with me. Was very detailed and thorough. Really good customer service. I am very impressed and never has been satisfied like this before with my hair.
