My experience was excellent. My hairstylist is Carmen. She’s amazing. I have been doing my hair with her two years ago. She made me colors, keratin and balayage and my hair is healthy and beautiful. I love her job. She is an amazing hairstylist and a beautiful person. Very recommended

My experience as a first time customer was pretty bad. My hair dresser was rough when washing my hair and she also didn’t put a towel or any extra protection (besides a robe that kept sliding down)for my skin when dying my hair. In the end, the color I wanted didn’t take, which wasn’t her fault, but I left there with my entire back and neck black and blue :/ knowing how I had stained my skin with the black, I can’t believe she didn’t think to take extra precaution when dying with a fantasy color. Also, I asked for a very simple haircut and asked for it to be shoulder length. She didn’t account for the hair being wet and not dry when cutting, so she cut it shoulder length when wet and now that it’s dry, its a lot shorter.. I will not be going back there. I wanted to treat myself to a nice haircut and color change, and instead I left with shorter hair than expected, and dyed skin. An overall bad experience. I can’t believe they charged me for such a botched job. Do not recommend at all, at least for anything to do with color.

One of the greatest place to do my hair, manicure and pedicure with Camila and Maibi. I’m extremely pleased with their hard work. Her team are amazing. Excellent customer service. The atmosphere of the place is nice. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe man in there …I don’t know his name but he does not know how to do hair he kept flipping my hair outward instead of in … so I told him to make my hair flat and straight …he still decided to make me look like Lord farquad… He proceeded to burn me with the blow dryer even after I mentioned it was too hot from leaving it in one spot too long he did not care I mean If you see somebody moving from a blow dry maybe it’s too hot! Its a NO for me. I have very curly hair and they did one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. Family member with straight hair went and they couldn’t even cut her hair evenly.

They did a great wash, blow dry, & flat iron to my 3 girls naturally curly/coiled hair. I didn’t have an appointment & they were still very pleasant & welcoming, although appointments are highly encouraged for optimal salon experience.

I’ve going to this salon for a few years now and I just love it! The service is amazing, the results are fantastic and my hair is 1000% healthier than before! My hairstylist Daira is the best and she knows what is the best for my hair. I moved about 20 miles away but I still come to them because I’m completely happy with the results!

I’ve been coming to this hair salon for four and a half years now and I absolutely love it. Daira is my stylist and I trust her completely. I’m not an easy client and have a complicated short hair style that requires an intricate cut. She knows exactly how I like it and delivers every time. Everyone there treats you like family. They offer Cuban coffee, talk to you about them and ask you about you.. it’s like a scene in “Cheers” for me there. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist/salon.
