I have an appointment to cut my hair but I have to wait for 1 hour. What does appointment mean to her? She never said thank for waiting. She booked three persons at one time. Another one more hour for hair cut because she keeps cutting on and off and taking care the other two persons too. After she done cutting my hair she never show my back, hurry kick me out. My back hair look exactly like the stairs 1 2 3 so unprofessional. Never return. Her 5 stars not real. I give her one star because of one hour waiting with an appointment and one hour for hair cut.

She was incredible in detail and thoroughness and really wanted to do an excellent job. I was very impressed with all of her work and it was the extra care she put into my comfort as well.
