Critical: ProfessionalismDidn’t get the girl who cut my hairs name but she was absolutely horrible and should not be cutting hair. She had very curly black hair and very blue contacts in. I have pink hair and was in on Sunday, I asked for a small trim I made sure to say I didn’t want much length gone and just my dead ends trimmed she took off well over an inch on my left side and maybe an inch on my right side. She not only SPED through my haircut making both sides very uneven she stood there while I cried in the chair and didn’t say a word. So unprofessional. I had been growing out my hair for three years and ALL of my growth is gone I am horrified she ruined my anniversary, ruined my hair and increased my trust issues with hairstylists. Didn’t get the girl who cut my hairs name but she was absolutely horrible and should not be cutting hair. She had very curly black hair and very blue contacts in. I have pink hair and was in on Sunday, I asked for a small trim I made sure to say I didn’t want much length gone and just my dead ends trimmed she took off well over an inch on my left side and maybe an inch on my right side. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAfter a year and 5 months due to the pandemic I finally got my haircut and Julie did a fantastic job. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called ahead to come in for a haircut and they told me they don’t take appointments of any kind. So, when I got to the store they told me a 10 min wait. I waited over 30 mins before I finally asked how much longer because a women came in after me and they took her first. I asked how come she got to go first if there are no appointments? They had no answer and told me it would be another 15 minutes on top of the 30 I had already waited. So unprofessional to say 10 mins if it’s actually going to be closer 5o an hour. I called ahead to come in for a haircut and they told me they don’t take appointments of any kind. So, when I got to the store they told me a 10 min wait. I waited over 30 mins before I finally asked how much longer because a women came in after me and they took her first. I asked how come she got to go first if there are no appointments?
