It says walk-ins welcome but DO NOT go in without an appointment. The woman was so rude and disrespectful. I thought I caught her on a bad day but talking to 2 other people who had made the same mistake of asking for an appointment had the same experience. If you aren’t already a client, don’t bother and find a friendlier place.

Shear Madness was booked, so read the reviews here and decided to try this place out with my kids. My daughters hair was done just fine. My 3 year old son was the complete opposite. Not patient with him and his head looks like a mushroom now. ♂️

Dawn is fantastic! Love that it isn’t a chain but rather a local place that makes you feel comfortable. No rushing, ladies are personable. I don’t talk much during my appointments mainly because I have hearing loss and can’t hear without my hearing aids, and because I talk all day as part of my job.
