I got the best haircut I honestly ever got today. Michelle did my hair cut with a little layering and waxed my brows. Both came out amazing!! The ladies here are always friendly and professional. And great with memories! You walk in and it’s like they remember you from yesterday or something lol. Critical: ProfessionalismBeyond disappointed! My appt was cancelled on me & the manager was not at all nice nor did she bother to contact me back as she said she would. Booked appt right before vacation. Jenna was awesome & truly sucks I’ll never go back here now due to poor communication and an attitude for asking to try to squeeze me in before vacation. I even said I’d book w someone else if I had to and Jenna could not accomodate as Manager said she would find out for me. Not to mention the manager or owner charged 60 more for same services I’ve gotten now for many appts.Beyond disappointed!
