If you are expecting a quick and affordable haircut, here is the place. I should have advocated for myself to get a layered cut. Came for a 3.30pm appointment on a crowded Saturday with 7 seats filled in the waiting area. Waited 15 mins which was fine, but my ladies’ haircut was less than 10 mins. Sprayed water, snipped and asked for me to leave the seat for the next customer. She said angular is good for me, but I didn’t know what that meant. I didn’t get the style I wanted and left side is slightly longer than the right length of hair. Left the salon with a little wet hair because of the hair spray used on my back by Ms. L. Makes me feel like crying every time when I look at myself in the mirror at home and on my back. Because she didn’t use a mirror to show my back at all.

Went to get my 360 undercut retouched and ended up with a huge chunk missing and she completely ruined the line I had and shaved hair that was up in my ponytail. She then tried telling me it was like that before which I know for a fact that it wasn’t, and then told me you can’t see it from far away. There is also zero fade like I asked. I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I can’t believe I payed money for this haircut. Do not recommend!!!!

Update: it’s 2022 and they’ve continued to be very thoughtful about COVID precautions. All of the staff is wearing masks. And most of the customers, too. Haircuts are still quick and well priced (don’t forget to tip generously!).

My husband and I were visting from New York and we decided to take a chance on getting my hair washed and styled and his hair and beard cut trimmed and lined up in Boston. This was a great experience. The salon is customer friendly as well as the employees in the establishment. Vanessa did my hair. She was so polite and attentive.
