I came in to get my hair fixed after one of the stylists had messed it up a week prior. I was very specific with the haircut I asked for and showed pictures and videos of what I wanted for a haircut. One I had had before the stylus proceeded to completely ignore what I had asked for messing up the shape of my head. It’s very frustrating when you tell a stylus what you want and they don’t listen in favor of doing what they think looks best. I will not be coming back. I’m very disappointed

The staff here are really friendly. The prices are perfect and the service is outstanding. I would recommended them for a haircut. I only ever get a basic clipper cut but I am in and out and it’s well done.

I am not very pleased with my hair at all! I asked for a simple cut with some layers in front. It’s chunky and she chopped all my hair off after I said I still want it decently long. The front of my hair has no layers, it looks like a big chopped up mess. My hair is my everything and it upsets me. I knew I should of went somewhere else, and now I see why more older women come here and not anyone my age.

they completely mess up my hair twice the first time I came in and I asked for like a dark Carmel brown highlight because I’d recently died in my hair brown and all of the colors had all faded out so I needed more dimension and they gave me untoned bleached chunky early 2000s highlights that didn’t blend into my hair at all and looks like I did them at home and the second time I went to go get it cut because the bleach that they did completely killed my hair cuz she left it on for too long and she gave me layers regardless of the fact that the picture I showed her didn’t have layers and the layers were so bad it looked like she just cut my hair into two different lengths and called it good
