It says Walk Ins Welcome, so I went in, no one acknowledged me, I sat in there for about 30 minutes waiting, and not one person even asked if I needed help. I have no idea how some non-chain salons work so I was willing to be patient. A lady walked in, walked up to a hairdresser and asked if she had any openings in the next 2 days. The woman told her she had one at x time tomorrow. This made me realize, there is NO room for walk ins and someone COULD have asked if I had an appt at the VERY least. I wasted so much time sitting there waiting when I could have gone elsewhere. Just ONE acknowledgement would have been nice and could have saved me some time! Several employees walked in and out and didn’t ask if I was waiting for help. Worst customer service ever awards goes to this place. I won’t ever return.
