Positive: QualityChad did an excellent job on my hair color. He was the consummate professional. He listened to what I asked for and my hair color was exactly what I wanted. That’s no easy feat because my hair is long and I wanted both blonde and dark colors. I will definitely return and congratulate them on such quality stylists.Service: Hair coloring

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt took me a few months of mourning to finally write this review. the haircut lounge royally destroyed my hair. I went in for a style of perm that only is supposed to touch the ends of your hair (S curl) and she said she doesn’t know how but would do it anyway.. she permed my entire head and it came out damaged and weirdly crimped. I went back to get it fixed and the guy told me it was “perfectly fine” to get a perm twice in a day. he once again permed all of my hair, and completely fried my hair. It took me a few months of mourning to finally write this review. the haircut lounge royally destroyed my hair. I went in for a style of perm that only is supposed to touch the ends of your hair (S curl) and she said she doesn’t know how but would do it anyway.. she permed my entire head and it came out damaged and weirdly crimped. This time was the last straw, waited almost an hour and a half while Chad was doing everything trying to keep up. Only one other girl cutting hair and she has no idea what she is doing. But they sure have been spending money trying to remodel, my suggestion would be hire enough employees before you spruce up the place. But then again the owner is lazy, she could be helping but chooses only to do color by appointment. I really hate greedy incompetent business owners who push customers and employees away. Been going here for over 5 years, had my fair share of issues but kept going back. This time was the last straw, waited almost an hour and a half while Chad was doing everything trying to keep up. Only one other girl cutting hair and she has no idea what she is doing. But they sure have been spending money trying to remodel, my suggestion would be hire enough employees before you spruce up the place.
