I came for a root touch up but some how this lady ended up coloring my whole head and tangle up my hair into a knot. Unable to comb out I had to cut it off. And had to paid full price. Plus my scalp felt super itchy/irritated right from the start, cheap chemical. And she very rough when shampooing and scrubbing my hair, it was the worst experience ever. When I got home, I notice my hair is thinner you can see bald spots and uneven in a certain area. Beware of this woman, she also works at the hair cuttery at Franklin Farm Village, Herndon, Va. It has been 5 weeks and my hair won’t stop falling, I lost half of my hair. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I went in without an appointment to get my hair washed, cut, and blow dried. I didn’t really have too many requests, but the lady who cut my hair was super sweet and knew exactly what to do. I honestly love it so much even though It’s shorter than I originally planned (100% my fault though, I told her to cut more). And I appreciate them taking my temperature and asking for my information. It normally takes me a couple of days to fully appreciate a haircut, but I instantly fell in love as soon as I left. My hair feels so much lighter and healthier now.

It has been a week I visited them since than my hair will not stop from falling off, I see my hair all over the floor and I never had hair loss problem before after getting the color done from this place I lost half of my hair. I moved to sterling from PA & this is the only place i continue to keep going to. I take my 8 year old son and everytime we walk in, they take him right away & cut his hair. Theyre very nice to us, prices are fair, & haircut is just as good as any other. They always ask how to cut his hair & make sure we are happy with it before he leavea the chair.
