First-timer at HairCraft and was lucky enough to have Melissa cut my hair. I travel a lot and there’s always a little anxiety around finding a new stylist/barber when I am in a new area. Sometimes I end up going to 3-4 before I find the right fit. This time it’s one and done. I told Melissa what my normal cut is (I’ve been getting the same haircut since I chopped off my rat tail and ditched the bowl cut as a kid) and she rolled with it. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and will definitely be returning in 3 weeks. Really pleasant experience as soon as I walked in the door (which sticks so give it some extra ‘umph’). Atmosphere, Service, Location, Pricing all make this an easy 5 Star rating. (37yr, Male).

I was pressed for time and went to a Supercuts this afternoon and got a girl who had to be brand new. She was clearly hesitant and unsure of what she was doing. It was awful and uneven. She already looked like she was nervous so I didn’t want to make her feel worse? I told her it was great and tipped her etc and just left and cried in my car. I always have a marvelously fantastic experience here. The outstanding welcoming atmosphere the instant you walk in the door is like visiting your best friend. Always friendly and relaxing. Hands down the best salon I’ve ever seen and been to. I look forward to my visit every 4 weeks. The location is perfectly fabulous if you like the ocean,(who doesnt). I cant say enough on how great Melissa and her staff is!! So worth the trip!!!!

I developed traction alopecia from having hair extensions for years. I have a topper now. I was going to someone who never got back to me when I tried to make an appointment, always ran very late and was always on her phone. She also attached my topper in a way that made my hair loss even worse. I spent years trying to find another stylist who worked with toppers and wigs and always came up short. FINALLY I found Melissa. She always gets back to me when I reach out for an appointment, she’s on time, and extremely knowledgeable about application, maintenance, and everything that has to do with hair systems. Thank god for her.

My fiancée’s anxiety to get her hair cut by someone else had finally been relieved with this salon. Even better, it’s right across from the beach so it has a beautiful view and when you leave the salon, it’s a great feeling to come out to instead of a big parking lot. Melissa did an amazing job on my fiancée’s hair. She was professional, personal, patient, and the results were lovely. My fiancée’s anxiety to get her hair cut by someone else had finally been relieved with this salon.
