Owner Will Rucker, a Master Stylist and Colorist since 1979, opened the Coconut Point salon in January 2007. Will and his staff of Xperts have developed an outstanding reputation using our color, cut, and care system.

My experience has always been fantastic! The whole team from the reception area to the owner are always friendly, professional and caring. Will, the owner, is truly interested in ensuring the client leaves happy and satisfied with the results. There is nothing like a good haircut and color to make us women feel great! Lauren is my stylist. I can’ t say enough good things about her. Not only is she very talented, she is very eager to please and willing to share tips and advise to help me out between visits. During each consult she always asks what results I want and what issues i have had with my hair. She then gives recommendations and together we come up with a plan. I can truly say that my hair has never looked so good! She loves what she does and it shows! Thank you Lauren and the whole team for making this gal feel like a million bucks!

Well if I could give zero stars I would. Let’s begin with my original visit. I went in with roughly 30” of hair from the root obviously. My hair was healthy, long, strong, a beautiful chocolate brown. I went in knowing that it’s would take about 2-3 lightening sessions for my hair to lift. I have a well rounded knowledge of hair and processes so I knew I would have to do either Olaplex and B3 shots along with the lightener. At this moement in time the stylist verified that she could achieve the wanted look in one or two sittings. She proceeded to lighten my hair (which took her 7hours to just foil my whole head; not the look I showed her.) she then left the bleach on my hair for about 3 hours. I kept mentioning the time and that I should’ve been washed out maxinmum 60 minutes after application. I went in at 11 am and at 6:30 after she left me in hands of another stylist I was washed out. Discovering that about 4-5 inches of my hair burned off. Also leaving my hair brassy & orange. I left that day in distraught. I went back and had my hair fixed by the owner, it looked good, just not what I originally wanted. Now I’ve moved to Arizona and I am looking for a stylist and called to get my formula so I have it on hand once I find someone competent enough to touch my hair and they claim they cannot give it to me. That it has to be given to a licensed hair stylist. Well their licensed hair stylists aren’t competent enough so I should’ve done all this myself in the first place. Just don’t waste your time.

I spent 15 minutes making an appointment making sure I got the person I wanted and enough time allotted to me. They completely screwed up my appointment I was not able to get my hair done that day. They were not willing to accommodate and give me the discount that I was entitled to as a first time customer. Will not attempt to get my hair done there ever again.

Did a great job on my lady’s hair got it dyed purple with some treatment. Though it did bleed a bit for 48 hours it still looks amazing highly recommend for thoughs who don’t nick pick every detail!!!

Awesome customer service, staff very friendly and acommindating. I came in and was offered a iPad to search for ideas, I picked a photo from Pinterest and they made it happen!! My color is awesome exactly what I wanted and the cut perfect…I would highly recommend this shop and definitely will be a regular customer!!
