One star is being very generous since you can’t leave zero stars. This has been the worst experience ever and that being my first time having a hair system. I’ve had two units thus far and both fell very short of expectations. Their hairstylist Arthur is great and seems to actually care, however he relocated which I feel is a huge loss to this site. I have a hair tattoo and was told that they are able to cover it. However, they did not take a custom template right off the bat (until the second unit I addressed my displeasure) making my tattoo visible and having to style my hair in a less ideal way to cover it up. The second unit I have (currently wearing) have bleach knots making my hairline look VERY unnatural and had to make an appointment for them to bleach the knots lighter however they left the bleach in too long now my hair unit looks like my hair is thinning and some parts balding. I’m paying a little over $4k for something I’m not happy with and this center is terrible with following up to provide me updates on a solution. It has now been 3 weeks having this last issue and seems I have to wait for my custom hair unit to come in in another week or so. Keep in mind I had to call and leave messages countless times to finally find a solution of getting a custom unit (so from my understanding they provide you a unit that is in stock and not necessarily a custom fit). I had to call from my wife’s phone so they wouldn’t recognize it was me calling through their caller ID. For the amount of money I’m paying the customer service is the WORSE! Even contacting customer support on the hairclub website it’s hard to get a reply or someone contacting you. But if you’re looking to purchase they are very responsive. If you are just looking for a simple solution for your thinning or balding hair just to cover it up then by all means this can be a quick fix. However if you have expectations on style and great customer service I would NOT recommend as it seems they do not have your best interest.

I went for hair thinning treatment, in which they give you few products such as shampoo, conditioner, minoxidil etc. frankly speaking anyone can buy these from local stores(in much cheaper price). What’s different in their treatment? Nothing, they give me 12 appointments for each month supposed to be a one year treatment but they are not professional, I ended up having 9 treatments only. In their treatment they just give you a hair wash with useless solution and laser. They also ask me to buy laser helmet for additional $1000. The total treatment cost me $5,500. Totally wasted. If your hair is thinning just know, there’s no treatment for that and you will have to get a transplant in the end.

Thumbs up to Brad Housman, he’s amazing!!! Also Lonzel. My hair looks fabulous if my stylists is Regina or Arthur. I get many compliments. For me, these two are the best stylists. I am not a demanding client, what I always want is to have a clean cut, but now I don’t know why I can’t make an appointment with Regina or Arthur. The app always says that they’re both fully bookEd. I also make my appointment on HairFit App at least 4 schedules in advance but it’s hard to pick my favorite stylists. The other stylists can not understand me even though I show them a photo of a simple haircut. I went to another barber shop twice after my Hair Club stylists were finished, just to have a nice haircut. I have also experienced times when my hair is not secured properly. Please train all of the stylists to do hair like Regina and Arthur.

I went in because of alopecia they told me they were gonna fix me a hair that would last for long time. They will fix it in such a way that I can swim in the pool and go out and about without worrying my wig is gonna come off but I think I wasted a huge sum of $1700. After they asked me to choose the kind of hairstyle and everything, they fixed on me a kinky hair that was horrible. Synthetic hair is even better. I wasted my money time and even lost hope of Looking and having confidence again. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your money. They so wicked and heartless to make me buy just a synthetic wig for $1700 which I didn’t even wear for up to 2 weeks

I’ve been a member of Hair Club for men for approximately ten years. I’ve had my services provided at theTukwila, WA office. What I really appreciate is the customer service that this office provides. There was an occasion when I was not pleased with one of my hair system that was provided. I contacted the manager, Pam Tirado, and she accommodated me immediately without question. Ms. Tirado has also accommodated my appointments when there have been conflicts with my busy schedule which has really worked very well. Prior to Pam’s arrival, there were times when I was frustrated about certain services that I felt were not being provided. I shared some of those concerns with Pam and I am now very pleased with the efforts that she made to accommodate the concerns. This is what I call true customer service.

This was once a Desert Sun spa. But the upgrades are miraculous!! Now have spray tan, standing tans, 3 levels of sun and even a non-UV bed too! Kay is fantastic, with a great attitude and most eager to give you a tour of the place. VERY BIG special going on for the holidays (eg: One week of limitless tanning on ANY unit and a 3 piece gift set of lotions, oils and lip balm too). Kay is worth it!!!!!
