I do not recommend this place at all. They only have one employee working and doing most of the appointments. so you have to wait weeks for an appointment. The receptionist comes from another Hairclub to help out. No manager to over sees the store. They do not call you to reschedule. You have to call them several times and they will call you back a few weeks later. They ask you to leave a message but they do not return your calls. They do not order your hair anymore, when you do for a new style they give you someone else or an extra hair that they have on stock and sometimes it can be a big problem because there are not your measurements. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH THEY DO NOT WAIT. THEY WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY THAT DAY. They definitely need to stuff the store with management team and stylists to run a better business. You can not run a good business with no stuff at all. You only got one full time stylist from that store and a borrow stylist and a borrow receptionist from another Hairclub, Really bad at the moment.
