WELL, I previously gave Hair club a 5 star review. I’ve had a complete change of heart. I am a fairly new client. I was told before committing that they were essential workers and that they would not be shutting down. THEY LIED!!!. Currently they are open to clients who would like to purchase hair products, and they offer virtual instruction on how to glue and install your unit,YOURSELF!. IF I KNEW HOW TO DO THIS…..I WOULDN’T NEED HAIR CLUB!. Well, its been 6 weeks since my last appointment and my unit is hanging on by a hair, and I still have to wait for who knows how much longer before they will start seeing clients again. I wish I would have know that they leave you to fend for yourself before I had this unit installed. If you are looking for help with your hair I suggest that you google hair dressers that work with toppers and wigs. You will find a better selection of hair dressers that are reliable and available, and much more affordable.

EDIT: They finally cancelled my dads account and credited his card four months later. They were apologetic and gave condolences since my dad had passed. They also told us wonderful things about my dad so it turned from frustration to bittersweet to thankful. They do great work just need a lot of communication when emergencies happen.

I found a secret at the Hair club center in Ontario! now you ask whats the secret? Well I found that these great ladies know how to roll back the aging process! How you ask? first they take the time to really get to know you! Yes! and then they suggest several paths you can take to bringing back that youthful look you so long to have! OK and then as if magic happens they transform you into a vibrant youthful smiling and I mean smiling person that makes one feel like they can conquer the world! Serious? yes they dont just say what they can do, they do what they say and if you have any problems they will quickly step up to the situation and resolve it! I have a terrific experiance everytime I vist the center in Ontario.Thank You ladies! and I might add they are all very beautiful both inside and out!!!!
