I went there to get hair restoration. I had gotten a loan from ally which was month plan with 3 units of hair. They had suggested other hair units to use if i was not satisfied with the one i got. They had told me i would get a full refund, but now i am getting charged for the first hair unit they used, but also offered me other hair units. I don’t get why I can’t get a full refund when they had told me i would, but had offer other sets of hair if i was not satisfied. I do not recommend and definitely do your research!

I have found Hair Club to be fantastic. Their service is incredible and my stylist, Shelley, is the best! The manager, Kirk, has been superb. I have been in a service industry all my life and I can tell you this has been a great experience. I really think all the negative reviews have to be taken with a “grain of salt.” Hair replacement is a tricky business. It would be impossible to please everyone. That being said, I would refer any of my friends to Hair Club.

These folks have a knowledgeable staff, that takes the time to make sure everything is discussed and that you’re happy with the service. Very friendly and easy to work with. They seem to want to go that extra mile for their customers, including having snacks and drinks available.
