Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am a former member of HairClub I returned for a consultation after many years on January 12 , 2021 to see about returning for services I made an appointment online for 11 am . I was greeted by Amanda who is from the Tennessee location filling in this week in Bloomington IL .she went above and beyond to welcome me and get my appointment started on time . She then went on to explain all of the services they offer and to help me with what service would work best with what I was looking for . She was very professional and caring and told me she would personally take care of any concerns I had .Fast forward to that afternoon she called me and said she thought it would be possible to get me in for a styling service the next day which was so awesome. Fast forward to Wednesday I got to my appointment and I had an awesome stylist named Megan who made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job !! She was super kind and made my time there very enjoyable, I can’t say enough good things about my two visits and I highly recommend HairClub in Bloomington Illinois ! I am a former member of HairClub I returned for a consultation after many years on January 12 , 2021 to see about returning for services I made an appointment online for 11 am . I was greeted by Amanda who is from the Tennessee location filling in this week in Bloomington IL .she went above and beyond to welcome me and get my appointment started on time . I had a great experience at Hair Club, Bloomington, Il. As a returning client from a few years back, it’s evident Hair Club is evolving in a very positive way. My hair system is of great quality, performs naturally and my wife loves it! The salon is beautiful, everyone’s very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as you open the door to the beautiful waiting room(complete w TV, magazines, candy and flavored coffee) you are warmly greeted by Sherri, Office Coordinator. My stylist Julliett works with new clients, receives regular continuing education, is very patient, understanding, listens to my concerns and explains each step and product. The Client Relations Spec. Angela a certified Cosmetologist, is wonderful and makes sure you are 100% satisfied! Bloomington Hair Club strives to help make me look my best! I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Emily, Mara, Stacy, and the entire staff here have been amazing! Losing your hair can be a very terrifying thing for many women but here you are treated with the utmost care and respect. I am very pleased with the results and love having not to worry about my hair anymore. Cost is not a lot different than what I was paying in products and services trying to hide my hair loss.

I became a member of the Hair Club in June of last year. I had gradually lost my hair over several years and began shaving my head. After about 12 years of looking like a fatter, taller version of Kojak, I decided it was time to change my appearance. I started to lose weight and looked into my hair replacement options. I decided to contact Hair club for men and am very glad I did. The people at the Bloomington location are incredibly professional and very discrete. There is a level of comfort with the people there that is rare in today’s business environment. The stylists due an incredible job and the quality of product are awesome. I am not an overly shy guy, and openly share the fact that I use their service. I have not met a single person who can tell that I am wearing a hair piece. Grow a pair and try their product, worse case is you can take it off and go back to shaving. The only downside is I can no longer go as Uncle Fester to the Halloween parties anymore.

Well, the first 3 years were the best at this facility. Always were kind and attentive with the results great. Then, new people came in and things changed. The problem honestly started with a 3 in one hair cut. No one ever knew I went to hair club. But after this cut u could see my real hair coming out through the (matrix )this is a glorified name for a overpriced wig. I made complaints up to about 6 and the answer is, sorry your stuck with it for another 2 months. I learned that if your unhappy that’s on u! U still have to pay them for unprofessional work. Here is were they get u. They say use all their crappy products on top of the thousands u will pay them. I would walk out after a frontal with the tape not holding. They would say(if only u used the shampoos this wouldn’t happen? What do the shampoos have anything to do with the tape coming up? Here is a good one! I went in for a frontal and the manager because of time restraints styled my hair? Had to get to their other richer clients. I was stunned. I saw a guy come out yelling outside his matrix was coming up. I saw him yip about it and they tried to tell him he’s stuck with it until the manager took him back. I was charged for 5 months of services unrendered also when I went out of state. No refund just pressure tactics To feed on your insecurities! I sent pictures to another hair club and they said why is every cut different? The first will always be the best. Never could they hit it again! For a fact they have a stylest their that has alot of power. One could only guess why? It’s a crooked place, with a contract written up by a high paid new york attourney. If your unhappy your stuck! I noticed after the the second year hit, the hair changed in quality. The regional manager told me because the hair is not good quality anymore! So u have to buy more of their crappy shampoo To make up for this fact. Simple, they changed my life for the better then made it hell! Please I implore u if u read this try online as well as their are places in town u can contact to help u with bonding and teach u. $29’000 I gave these crooks and have one system I kept. U are renting their hair then it’s taken from u after u payed for it? Make sence? Would u go into a store and pay for gas but not be able to have the pump turned on? Avoid at all cost. If u have a short hair cut its easy for them. Anything else is to complex. And get ready u will be drilled by the mafia for all your money even if u are unhappy!! They need sued! I looked up complaints and was stuned by all the victims taken adavatage of by this company. One more good one because I could write a book on this facility. They had me sign a paper over a haircut? To protect them! I wanted 2 inches cut from 12.the stylest said 3 times I don’t want to cut your hair! Why? Because the manager told her to cut more then I asked for. They cut it from 12″to 6″ had a lady that was a stylest their that got fired measures it as well as we’re I’m going now. Then I called and they charged me another mouth of services? $29″000 gone, nothing to show for it all. You life has been filled with all the dread I had when I went there after being sick for 3 years. Try other options please!! If u don’t believe this review look up complaints by the better business associations. U will be shoked. They are crooked, liers, are not there for u, they just want u to pay for your insecurities! try Peoria, Chicago, online. They are very dishonest people that don’t deserve one penny of your money of u have any left to even pay your car are go out to dinner left after the gauge u! Also, please read this! They buy your matrix for about $200 and charge u $800!and u never get to keep your investment. This is documented by former workers Of hcm .These people have hurt so many people with their lies. I heard the quality has went down from corporate Adam witherspoon .If I only had that recorded. Buy yourself a piece online are try Peoria. This is a honest review. Just wish I could give this place more than five stars. The service and product at Bloomington HC is far beyond excellent. They go above and beyond every day. I used to be a HC member in the Chicago suburbs. Unfortunately, while their service was decent, their management was very rude and disrespectful. While their management has changed since I changed offices, the suburban locations cannot touch the attention to detail, kindness, & efforts of the good people in Bloomington. My hair is always healthy and perfect, the stylists are all top-notch, and Cheri (the desk boss) and Brad (the manager) are world-class.

The first 4 reviews of this place make no sense after doing a little on-line research. I went for an initial consultation today, and they are friendly, when they don’t yet have your money. They were also very evasive when I was asking direct questions about their pricing – “we’re getting to that” – I was repeatedly told. The cost for me was less of an issue than the quality of the results, and their ability to make good on their promises – which, after reading hundreds of reviews from former clients across the country, they cannot.
