My experience with this location was terrible from canceled appointments with no call backs to reschedule (I had to call them) to using old smelly hair. One unit was way to big which it covered my real hair as a result ill now have to go completely blad (there goes the little self-esteem I had). I walked in with half a head of hair, spent THOUSANDS of dollars and left with less hair and less self-esteem. It’s disappointing.

Hair club is a scam .. don’t trust them this is only for people who is fully bald for getting a hair wig.. if u are just having normal hair loss you should go and see a doctor and not hair club. My original hair before and after is a disaster in my life .. I just had minor hair loss before going to this location and now I am completely bald because I made this decision their gum for sticking the hair wig on your head will lead to make u fully bald and there are 100% chances that will lead to kill existing hairs and ur hair will never grow back and also there are some chances u will be getting skin diseases like irritations and dandruff ( because they recommend hair wig when u already have hair on ur head ) but they are not supposed to recommend a wig for a 25 years old man when I am having some minor hair loss … I was pushed into this after contacting them once and just for after all 3600$ ( I would have just paid them if these people are beggars) they ruined my entire hair and now I have to live my remaining life bald because of the decision I made for getting a wig on my existing hair… worst decisions of my life time is going to hair club I lost money and peace and all my remaining hair also I got skin irritations on my head. They will use all technical names to pull u in but it’s just a hair wig and some gum not anything else

I can’t even get them to answer the phone even though they’re open. the service is horrible. They don’t have enough people working g there. Hair Club’s hair replacement package gave me exactly what I had been looking for back when I started my journey. My consultant Debra was amazing and the new Customer Relationship Manager is so personable and sweet! This Hair Club is far superior to others that I have tried. From the time I walked in the door I felt like family. The staff were all very nice and attentive to all my needs. The stylists are great and very professional! They know what they’re doing and will tell you if something may look or work better for you. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art. I started seeing Tammy around a year ago at the Hair Club for Men Troy location. I always struggle between what style and color I want and I need. Tammy always seems to find really good balance and give the best advice every time. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work. So I recommend going to see Tammy you will not be disappointed. This is probably the best place for excellent customer service in a judgement-free environment.
