This is easily the best Hair Club I’ve been to! Very friendly staff and excellent stylists! I had multiple stylists and have no complaints about any of them. The woman who work the front desk always greet you with a smile and it seems like they really care! It goes a long way when the staff takes the time to get to know you.

Gilda is the best when it comes to a stylist. She listened to what you want and need when it comes to your hair I’ve been with the Indianapolis hair club for years and I really enjoyed my stylist she like family. The Hairclub center is a wonderful place to be, after I had found out I had Cancer and would lose my hair I heard the ad and since then I a happy young lady .

When I tell my friends that I am “wearing a wig”, they don’t believe me. That is how natural the system looks, and I hate to use the word “a wig”. I practice Tae Kwon Do and swim with the system on. It is a part of my body. Their service is friendly and caters to the various personal needs. When I visit Japan, the people there give me compliments, and say how good my hair looks, making me look much younger than my actual age. Being a member of HCM is one of the best decision I made. I have been a client here for more than 20 years. The staff is awesome, a great group of professionals who truly care about making their clients look their best. They are outstanding at what they do so if you have considered doing something about your thinning hair or significant hair loss/balding, whether male or female, this is the place to go. Everyone I’ve met who is a client seems to feel like me and the most common comment is “I wish I’d done this years ago instead of putting it off” and I bet you will say that too once you visit this place. Like many, I was hesitant when I first considered this option a couple of decades ago but it is the best decision I could have made. And today’s products are state of the art. Great products, great staff, and great service, what more could you want?
