I finished year two in April of this year. I haven’t been back and do not plan on going back. In 2017 I started treatments and for the first 3 months saw wonderful results but my hair was still falling out. They told me that was normal. Not much changed after 3 months. My hair was as thick as it would be. During this time I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and lost 25 lbs over the course of 8 months. The hair that had grown in, fell out. I talked to the Madison manager about it and she said I could get some biotin and collagen to incorporate in my EXT regimen. Ummm… I’m giving y’all $250 a month I’m not crazy about having to spend money on other stuff. I did it anyway. She also told me to eat more protein. Al I eat is chicken and turkey and spinach… No change. I still use the products but if anything my hair is getting worse.

My Mom went to the one in Madison Mississippi. The hairdressers were good but the Center Manager was a nightmare! Was a waste of money. I could have been told that I was to far gone at the beginning instead of the end. At the last treatment the computer was shut down, no pictures were taken. Could not wait to get me out the door. Pictures were taken three times during the year. I spent $3,525.65 and did not get my hair back. Extra $850.00 for a laser Helment. Don’t waste your money! Out of products a lot. Was told I would get it at the end. Still waiting on them to be mailed.
