I had been going to HC for a few years but would be frequently traveling out of the country for work for a few months so I called and talked to Marcus to cancel my membership for a few months until I was able to come back and start on a regular schedule again. He suggested that “pause” my membership so that when I came back into town I could “resume” my membership and they would also keep hair in the store for me. I eventually agreed and everything was fine until I called to restart my membership. He advised me that even though I “paused” my membership it cancelled and to restart it I would have to pay 3 moths membership fees to be able to come back. For full disclosure he did offer me a “discount” by taking one month service off so I would only have 2 pay for to months of services that I never used (because again, I was out of the country). Absolutely none of this was disclosed before I agreed to “pause” my membership. I was never really given an explanation on why it’s called a “pause” if A) Your membership would still be cancelled and B) You’re still required to pay FULL price for services that you didn’t use those month(s). Honestly this place is a scam and is a little overpriced for what you get. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the staff is generally really nice and helpful. You also get a ton of free products when you sign up (which honestly you kind of should because again, it’s not a cheap service). If you’re looking for an alternative that’s around the same price, is more transparent, and has extremely nice staff I would highly suggest going to HPIHair Partners. OR you can always call local stylists in your area and see if they’re comfortable working with hair pieces.

Critical: Quality, ValueI used this service for about a year, I had not had a good experience from day one. The hair that was ordered never came in. After several months of waiting they gave me one out of the back room. This is supposed to be at month service interval where the wig would stay on through shower and swimming etc. This is definitely not the case. 2 days after my initial hair appointment it began to come off and quickly fell completely off on the shower, leaving the tape and glue stuck to my head. This has happened every time I had it fixed or reapplied with the longest time it remains on with no issue at 4 days. Each time I was left with a very embarrassing wrap of tape and glue stuck to my hair and scalp. With numerous occasions requiring 4 plus hours for hairclub to remove it to reapply. This is very painful and very daunting.After almost a year I requested hair extensions in which I was told it would be ok. Up until I was ready to get them, then I got we didn’t talk about that is not approved you need to get another letter for another year of service… very disappointing.If you are looking for this type of service, I would recommend going else where and don’t look at there pictures on the website. They look nothing like what you will receive. So far this has been a very poor experience. So far waiting 8 months for my hair to arrive. I really don’t think they should be taking more clients imo. They can’t get current ones taken care of. Will be posting this with the VA and BBB aswell.. for now find a different place.

I had the opportunity to be serviced by Hair Club in Brentwood, TN and I must say that I am more than pleased. I loved the fact that they are a very private company. My consultation was very informative and the staff were very professional. At first, I had a hard time believing that this was the right solution for me because I had been through so many other treatments that failed. After thinking about it and asking as many questions as I could, I decided to go ahead a try it out. On the day of my procedure, I was more than nervous and in doubt but my stylist encouraged me that I would be completely pleased with the results. I can not express to you all how pleased I am right now. After the procedure was done and I looked at myself in the mirror, I cried because I had been given back something that had been taken away from me so long ago and I was speechless!! It literally gave me back my confidence. I would definitely recommend Hair Club to anyone who is experiencing ANY level of hair loss.
