The problem here is not with the stylists it is with management. I thought the Tampa location was mismanaged but this location is just as worse. They claim are listening to your issues but it goes in one ear and out the other. I have called the corporate office many times but the “pre Madonna” rep Rickie has never took the time to ever call me back in 2 years after over a dozen phone calls. After substandard service again this year they chose to raise the prices. I have decided to move on.

The minute you walk in, he greets you with a warm welcome and genuinely asks you about your well being and he makes sure you are using your products. He is absolutely a joy, makes me laugh, great humor! When I sit on his chair, I feel like a queen, we discuss the hairstyle I want, he puts on my favorite tunes and off to hair therapy we go. My appointment for a consultation was at 11. I got there 10 mins early. The lady led me to a waiting room and gave me a questionnaire to fill out. She advised me that someone would see me in 15 mins. At 11:40 I had not seen anyone. I go back to front desk and tell another lady that I had been waiting for 40 mins. She advised that the consultant did not know that I was there. I was shocked. So all of the employees starting running around like crazy to try and fix the situation. While they was running around, I quietly walked out of the office and left. By the time I got down to the parking lot I received a call apologizing for the matter and was asked to reschedule. Not sure what was going on with them that day. It wasn’t busy at all and I’m pretty sure that I was the only client there at the time. I dont know just not very professional at all. It was a waste of time.

Just moved to this area and had my first service there. The stylist did a great job on cutting and styling my hair. It is a different look and I have gotten many compliments on it. Ask for Faye if you ever go there.
