I have been a member of Hair Club in Albany for a few years now and I have to say these are the most amazing, friendly people, they are so personable and always ready to help. They have made me feel so comfortable from day one not to mention their hair products were life savers! My stylist Brooke is awesome, we have a fun time during my visits we laugh a lot! I have been a Hair Club member for over 20 years and they have been wonderful to me. Over the years I have had hair difficulties that they immediately helped me overcome. There have been many stylists who worked on my hair, and they were all terrific and good at what they do. Many of my friends never suspect that I have a hair system, and still aren’t aware. ItsI great not being bald, and looking years younger than I am. I would recommend HC to everyone who likes feeling good about the way they look.

HAIRLESS CLUB OF ALBANY NY. After 3 weeks of using services and products my hair starts falling out by the hand-fulls daily. When I call to speak to the supervisor she says “Too bad, our cancellation policy says you have 3 days to cancel to get a refund” I informed her that this didn’t start happening until 2 weeks after I started using the products. Too bad you only have 3 days.Caveat emptor, buyer beware, if you read the fine print you will see you are screwed. Your credit card company cannot help you. You loose your hair and they steal your money. DO NOT GO THERE!
