First I had the good fortune to work with Rosemary and LaTesha….then another wonderful experience with Stephanie. The staff at this salon is so incredibly helpful and go way out of their way to accommodate you. Cannot say enough about the quality of people the manager/owner hires. I dealt with this for several years during a stressful time in my life. I felt like there was no solution for me. One day watching TV I saw a commercial for Hairclub and I went for a free assessment of my scalp and hair. I met a lovely woman, Rosemary and she was so comforting and warm as I sat there crying my eyes out about my hair. She explained how they would fix my hair and I would never have to worry about my bald spots showing again. Well Rosemary was 100% right. I met with Maria C who was the person who measured my hair, and she was so kind as well, and came back and received my hair piece. You would never know that I had bald spots. I couldn’t believe it. I then met Kendra, who does my hair now weekly and she is the best! She is kind, caring, and so talented. This place is a place where I found my confidence again. It is clean, neat, and professional. I was diagnosed with alopecia areata, which means lose of hair. I dealt with this for several years during a stressful time in my life. I felt like there was no solution for me. One day watching TV I saw a commercial for Hairclub and I went for a free assessment of my scalp and hair. I met a lovely woman, Rosemary and she was so comforting and warm as I sat there crying my eyes out about my hair. Critical: ValueI have CCC hairless and they promised that they can regrow my hair overtime. I racked up a heafty bill by purchasing the restorlink service ( hair tatooing) This procedure was supposed fill in the spots where there is no hair. The procedure was extremely painful and it made the dark spots look darker instead of blending with what I have left. Nothing that was promised worked. I00% regret going to this place. Also, they have to realize that the same products does not work for all nationality and hair types. This place is misleading.
