I have been an EXT client for 5 yrs. My stylist Claudette has been with me for my time at hair club. I love the treatment and the hospitality I get from Claudette, she is very knowledgeable and her personality is absolutely amazing. Additionally, she is a very caring person. During my last year I got to meet the director John Tosar he is very welcoming and personable. During the time that I have met John the Elmwood Park office looks great. The Hair club in NJ definately restored my hairs texture and my follicles to health to grow back hair that was lost. Whether it was covid, stress or age that made me lose my about 40% of my hair the monthly treatments in addition to the monthly take home products all contributed to my hair restoration. My hair is long though, so after a year only about 5 inches has grown back so far. I trust that eventually it will even out. And the feel of my hair is pretty normal except for the lack of thickness when its curly. When its not curly it still has body to look full. I have mixed grade hair with mostly 3a, 3b and 3c with a small percentage of 4a.

Very difficult to get an appointment with the same stylist on a regular basis. I’ve been shifted around for other clients emergencies but when I have emergency I can’t get an emergency appointment no matter how bad my emergency is. Also delays receiving product in a timely fashion on occasion. Really disappointing for the amount of money per month. More than one unanswered request for my stylist to call me as indicated while waiting for someone to pick up the phone
