Even the multiple different ideas I have had for my hair over the years, she always listens and gives me exactly what I want but BETTER! Critical: ValueTried going for a hot stone therapy massage. The site clearly offers it but the massage therapist had no idea what I was talking about. It’s not offered here. Was hoping to have such an amazing massage, but instead, complete disappointment.

Alisha (Alicia?) did a fantastic job fixing my botched at home bleached highlights and gave me the best trim I’ve ever had over the summer. My hair felt so healthy after her magic touch, even after having it bleached again to correct the brassy orange highlights I messed up. She was knowledgeable and thorough, did exactly what I asked and had a great attitude and personality as well. The salon is clean and comfortable. I even witnessed another stylist dealing with an extremely ungrateful, rude, difficult customer who got highlights that looked great, but she “just couldn’t deal with it.” She was also complaining that she was having a heatstroke under the dryer and had to be tended to because it made her feel too hot. The stylist was cool, calm and accommodating despite the customer being a complete b-word to her and re-colored her hair back to its original color for free to make her happy, yet she still complained. Overall, I was very satisfied with this salon and would highly recommend them for any hair services you may need.

I have had nothing but great experiences at hairchitects, no matter what service I have received. Angel did an amazing job on my last visit and made me feel very comfortable. I have loved my experiences whether it be a massage, wax, a haircut, etc. This is such a nice Salon to have in New Prague!

Whenever I get my hair done here the hairstylists always exceed my expectations!! I never have any issues getting exactly what I want! They always have great ideas as well!! I definitely recommend going to Hairchitects for all your hair needs!!

On top of that, I asked for only a couple inches off my hair and expressed how i didn’t want my hair short. She cut off my hair so its too my chest now. It was at the end of my hips beforehand.
